What is Bachata Dance?

Bachata Dance is..

..a playful couple dance that originated in the Dominican Republic somewhere around the 1960s. It is influenced by traditional Bolero rhythms.

Bachata music typically includes 5 instruments, namely, güira, bass guitar, two guitars (lead guitar, segunda), and bongos. Traditional Bachata music usually includes all these instruments, but modern music does not always have them all.
